Look To The Mirror For Your Real Self

2nd Corinthians 3 : 18 ' But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord' (NKJV) 

      The Word of God is refers to as a mirror that reflect the Glory of God, our opening scripture tells us to look, behold, continue steadfastly to gaze and keep our attention on the word of God, it doesn't stop there, it says as we keep looking at the mirror, we become what we see, that is the glory of God.

      Now you may say to yourself, when i look at me, i see a weakly, i see a failure, i see someone rejected and forsaken. Let me tell you the truth, you have been looking and paying attention to the wrong thing, maybe even people who are highly placed have said something to you and you may have formed that mentality over a period of time, or maybe it is a negative medical report or so called expert's opinion, sometimes it could be parents and people you respected who have spoken some things over your life. Listen to this, as long as that is not a reflection of what God has said, its wrong and not the truth.

     The Word of God is Truth, and every of Man's opinion is a lie, it doesn't matter who that person is, if His word is not in consonant with what God has Said, it is not true, God's word is Truth, John 17 :17 ' Sanctify them by Your Truth, Your Word is Truth.' (NKJV), also in Romans 3:4  Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar......(NKJV) If God's Word is True, it therefore means i can rely and depend on the authenticity of the word to come true, another assurance i have from God is that is word must definitely come to pass,Isaiah 55:11 'So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void,But it shall accomplish what I please,And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.' (NKJV)

    
    When you look at the word of God what do you see? You see the real you, the real you is the person of Jesus, God doesn't want you to remain the way you are right now, His mind concerning you is for you to be conform to the image of his Son Jesus, Hallelujah, He wants every Christian to function from that Point, he wants you to have the mind of Christ, Phil 2 : 5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus....(NKJV). The mind of Christ makes you to function like Him, Act like him and eventually see the same result in your life, Remember his original plan from the beginning of time, Genesis 1:26 ' Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness;.....'(NKJV) God wants you to function and act like him, but for you to do that, you have to look at the mirror of his word which brings about Transformation, Romans 1 :2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind....Renewing of the mind can only take place be replacing old and wrong information with the New and God's information, and God's information can only be found in His Word, so Go for the Word, Look at the Mirror.

Faith Confession for Today I have the mind of Christ The wisdom Of God is made available for me today. I walk in wisdom in all my dealings Christ is made onto me the wisdom Of God. I function with the mind of Christ. That which is necessary to carry out that given task and assignment, is upon my life. There's no room for errors in my life...
